Position: Option 1: Place the pad under the patients shoulders to alert the caregiver when the patient sits up in bed or Option 2: Place the pad under the patients buttocks to alert the caregiver when the patient leaves the bed
Alarm will sound when the patient removes their body weight from the sensor pad
Write the patients name start date and end date with a soft felt tip permanent marker
Pad can be folded in half when storing to take up less shelf space
