How Do I Get My Tracking Number?
Just click the link to find tracking information for your order. If you provided us with an email address when you registered with Vitality Medical, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped. You should receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of submitting your order.
Why Am I Missing an Item From My Order?
We frequently ship from multiple warehouses, particularly when an order includes high quantities of a single item or includes items from more than one manufacturer. Due to this practice, there a possibility that you may receive multiple packages from one or more of our warehouses. Before you call us with concerns, please check your email shipment notification or online order status. There may be more than one tracking number associated with your order.

Why Didn’t I Get a Confirmation Email For My Order?
First, check your spam settings and make sure that you are able to receive emails from OfficeManager@bluemedicaldme.com. If you still cannot find a copy of your invoice, click the following link to Track Order your shipment.
How Do I Find the Status of My Order?

My Order Status Still Says Processing – Why Is There No Tracking?
Your order status will change to “Complete” once we upload your tracking number(s). We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, your order will ship within 24 hours, although we may not have a tracking number uploaded until the following day. All orders are processed daily, Monday through Friday, at 12 P.M. PST. If your order was placed after 12:00 P.M. PST it will not be processed until the following day and tracking may be delayed an additional 24 to 48 hours. Our average order arrives in 2 days, so it is not uncommon for you to receive your order before tracking is uploaded.
If My Item Is On Backorder, How Long Will It Take?
First, our sincere apologies. We are a drop ship company, which means that we do not always have an accurate inventory level from the manufacturer/distributor for most items. Our customer service department will send you an email with the estimated arrival time of any product that is on backorder from the manufacturer/distributor. When the item becomes available, it will ship within 24 hours of it arriving to the warehouse.

How Do I Change the Email Address On My Account?
Because your email address is your account identifier, you, unfortunately, cannot change it on your account. If you absolutely must change your email address, you will need to contact customer service. However, since your orders are linked to the previous email address, your previous orders will only be accessible with the old email address.
How Much Do You Charge for Shipping and Handling?

Is the Ordering Process Secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses the latest 128-bit encryption technology to consistently protect your personal information. Our ordering process is 100 percent secure from beginning to end.
Is My Order Subject to Sales Tax?
Your order is subject to tax. This rate is calculated at checkout based on your local address location. This does not include the subtotal after coupons have been applied.
Do You Bill Insurance?
We do not have any type of relationship with insurance companies and do not bill insurance companies. By remaining independent of insurance companies, we can maintain persistently low prices for our customers.
How Are Your Shipping Rates Calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated based off of order weight, destination and order subtotal. You can easily determine shipping costs for your order by adding all of your items to your cart and viewing your shipping rate options on the checkout page.
